We have an incredible team, each with a unique skill set, as well as a wealth of experience in Education and the provision of OSHC. TeamKids is owned and run by industry leaders, which gives us the understanding and knowledge needed to create the highest standard of OSHC programs.

With direct contact to our Sales, Partnerships and Operations Teams, our Partner Schools are supported every step of the way.

We earn and keep trust with the community using frequent communication through regular Principal meetings, fortnightly family newsletters, quarterly partnership meetings and involvement in school events.

A full-time Director of Service onsite means that families and the school have convenient and accessible support. Also, our remarkable Customer Service Team, who continuously receive a 98% satisfaction rating, are always ready to provide additional help.

THE TEAMKIDS STORY

As a school teacher in Melbourne, Founding Director Sam Hoath noticed that the holiday programs being offered to students didn’t provide the excitement and stimulation he felt they should, which is why he made it his mission to enrich the lives of children everywhere.

2011

Team Holiday is launched by teacher, Sam Hoath, to help families access quality holiday care

2012

Sam leaves teaching as Team Holiday expands to six venues

2013

Team Holiday doubles in size again

2014

Team Holiday reaches 300 staff delivering school holiday programs

2015

The first regional Victorian programs open in Bendigo and Geelong

2016

Team Holiday is consistently approached by partner schools to start Before & After School Care programs

2017

In June, the first Before & After School Care program opens. In July, Team Holiday expands to QLD

2018

The first NSW Before & After School Care program launches. Team Holiday rebrands to TeamKids

2019

TeamKids launches its first Before & After School Care programs in ACT and QLD

2020

TeamKids is rated the #1 quality provider in Australia under the National Quality Framework rating system

2021

TeamKids celebrates its 10th birthday with over 1000 amazing staff and over 3000 children visiting daily

2022

TeamKids ends the year with over 2000 REMARKABLE staff members
