When it comes to adding contacts to your account you need to include two parent details and at least one emergency contact. Plus anyone who is going to be dropping off or collecting your child(ren). When adding contacts, the following fields must be completed in full:
- Name & last name
- Relationship to child
- Date of birth
- At least one phone number, ideally your mobile number
- Home address
- Allocate permissions for this person
