What if I can’t pay?

If a payment declines e.g. due to insufficient funds, please note that your scheduled payment the week following, will be doubled to balance the declined and the current week’s instalment. Once payment is successful the weeks following will stay as originally agreed in your payment plan.

If you have 2 consecutive failed payments, as per our Terms and Conditions, your held bookings will be cancelled. If you have had successful payments prior to failed payments & bookings being cancelled, any cleared funds will be held on your TeamKids account as a credit for future bookings.
