There could be a number of reasons why your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlements are not being applied. It’s important to make sure that both the CRNs and the dates of birth are correct for the primary contact and for your child. (Please note that each person has a unique CRN).
Once you update these details, it will take overnight for any CCS to be applied in the system. If your details are correct and you’re still not receiving your entitlements, please contact Centrelink’s Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50 for further assistance.
