There could be a number of reasons why your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlements are not being applied
It’s important to make sure that both the CRNs and the dates of birth are correct for the primary contact and for your child. (Please note that each person should have a unique CRN). If you update these details, it will take overnight for any CCS to be applied in the system.
You may also need to confirm your enrolments via your MyGov App. Follow the instructions below:
- Login to MyGov
- Click on Centrelink
- Click on Menu and then CCS
- Click on Enrolments
- Review any unconfirmed enrolments and keep clicking yes/ok to confirm the enrolments.
